I feel a lot better and have the ENERGY I need to walk and do other excercises. My husband told me he is a little jealous cause he is not use to the ATTENTION I am getting now. At that time in my life I thought I needed to lose weight so i began eating salads for lunch everyday but I couldn't stop with the fast food on my way home in the evening! which seems to be the hardest, but I am not giving up!! My kids and husband have been incredibly supportive through all of this. I'm so looking foprward to this journey and hope I can stick with it! I was very active into HS where I continued my competitive soccer career while playing high school volleyball & basketball.

another thing that has helped me is throwing away my SODA addiction you NEVER saw me without a COKE!! I have not had a coke since I started WW in April 07 and it is now Jan 08. This meant that I would get done w/ school at 2pm stay for either vball or bball practice until 5 then head on to soccer practice which lasted anywhere from 2-4 hours.

Then my leader was talking to me and she said .2lbs is a stick of butter! I really want to lose weight so that I can be healthy. So now I'm thisclose to making my goal and being able to live out my dream of becoming a Navy Sailor!!! After going it alone and struggling, I decided to start WW for the structure and support. My leader calls me the "queen of plateaus" since I have been on one for a year, maybe I should stop running marathons!!! I recently ran and finished a half marathon and then a full marathon back to back. If I did not join WW and lost those pounds there is no way I would have been able to compelte that distance let alone run a mile.

I'm aiming low because I always surprise myself at the end. This is about my thousandth time on WW (okay, not really, but close enough). So when he asked me about that, it kind of lite the fire all over again!! I have been working on losing weight for about a year now, with a net loss of about 15 lbs. I have been a part of WW this time around for almost 2 years and I have lost 18lbs.

I went from 180.6 to 162 in less than 3 months and I still have a ways to go to reach my goal weight. I couldnt believe the way it has made me feel inside and out. I never thought I could lose my baby weight after 3 kids. I just wanted to share that with people who may have that happen or those who have had it happened and let it discourage them.~~WW truly works and i just want to say THANK YOU! I'm 30 years old, married and have 3 beautiful children. There ages from the oldest turning 12 tomorrow, 10 and 20 months. This really is the BEST plan to be on, something that you don't have to keep going off and on again to lose the weight and or to keep it off. I took it one step at a time, one mile at time, just like we should handle our weeks, one meal at a time, one day at a time.

And when you think about it, thats a good bit of weight! All thanks to Weight Watchers and all the support that I have found either on the message boards or from the meetings!!! I look forward to getting to know all of you a little better. Not only did WW help me do the physical part, it definitely helped me with the mental part.I'm in it for the long haul and I'm taking it week by week. So I followed plan to a "T" only used a few of my WPA and went to the gym. I have been doing some research and they say when you quit smoking, you will gain. So I thought well that wont happen to me becasue I am eating right and working out. If anyone has tips or recipes to help me stay on track... I MAKE SURE THAT I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT WW EVERY CHANCE IT GET. This time around I am not stopping until I reach goal which I know I will do in 2008. The first time I joined was because a former coworker of mine was on and lost a considerable amount of weight. After another disastrous dating incident, I decided to ditch the men and concentrate on me from now on. I've just completed my first week and have already lost 5 lbs!I first joined weighwatchers in august of 2006 after I had my son. I don't really know what else to write, so I guess if you have questions for me, feel free to ask them. I love WW it is a GREAT program, I have proven to myself it does work (one time I lost 53 lbs.) as long as I hold myself accountabls to my WONDERFULL Leader, Michelle. My husband and I got back on the wagon as we call it the 1st of January and since then I have dropped 10 lbs, my husband 20 and our two year old has lost 1 and slimmed up!
